六十年代初，东非独立，老非洲在杀戮和破坏中消逝，白人离开的同时，少数黑人取代了他们的统治成为新的独裁者，在坦桑尼亚，黑人似乎要打破所有白人的规则，他们雇佣白人保姆，分割白人资产，宣扬黑人的脑功能比白人优异。反白人的组织“矛矛”被阿敏将军庇护，对立到处存在。同时针对野生动物的疯狂捕猎从未停止，少数人为自身的短暂收益让野生动物尸横遍野，部分政府组织军队与偷猎者直接对抗。各地的叛乱与种族屠杀亦未停息，整个东非成为了穆斯林的地狱，雇佣军在刚果同反政府游击队激战正酣，他们最大的兴趣是对方的钱箱。从南非到苏丹，黑人不断学习白人的生活方式，古老的非洲在变革中喧嚣不止…… 　　本片获1966年大卫迪太罗奖最佳制片奖，是Gualtiero Jacopetti的“残酷纪录片”系列的第四部。
